Statement of Conversion

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

Instructions for online shopping

Register to be able to order products. Registration is done by filling out the Registration Form.

When you find the product you want to order, click on its thumbnail or the name next to the thumbnail to enter the page with detailed view or on the "Add to cart" button if you want to buy immediately.

On the detail view page, click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your shopping cart.

You will be shown a page with the contents of the basket. Click the "Order" button.

You will be presented with an order form. Fill out the form and click the "Continue ordering" button.

You will see the order details page. Check and confirm order details. Then click the "I confirm order" button to place the order; Your purchase order has been successfully created.

It is possible to make purchases on the Ahoy website as a guest, i.e. without registration. You can choose that option when you click on the basket, after which you will be asked whether you want to register or buy as a guest.

Products in our web shop

There is a possibility that the images may deviate from the colors you saw on the screen by 2-3%.

Color shade deviation is normal because there are always color deviations when comparing the color on the monitor (screen) and the live color.

We strive to always be precise in terms of updating products in stock, if unfortunately a product is sold out in a short period of time, we will inform you about it.

Complaints

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a buyer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Fanfare doo is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request.

During delivery by courier service, your order will be packed and prepared for transport in such a way that it cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. When picking up the order, it is necessary to check for visible damage that may have occurred during transport. You are not obliged to accept damaged or previously opened packages. We recommend that you take pictures of the damage with your mobile phone and send us the photos so that we can be sure that your complaint will be accepted.

You have the right to exchange defective products if it is clearly visible on the product that the error was not caused by improper use, but that there was an error in production, packaging or transport.

Complaints can be submitted within 48 hours after receiving the shipment. Along with the written description, it is necessary to submit pictures or a video of the damage or malfunction that you encountered. It is possible to advertise only products that have not been used or consumed. The deadline for resolving complaints is 8 days.

In that case, the goods are returned at our expense, and the application is made in three simple steps:

Be sure to provide the following information:

– first and last name

– email address

– order number

- a message in which you will describe the reason for the complaint

2. Pack the items intended for return adequately so that there is no subsequent damage during transport.

3. After the advertised goods arrive at our premises and the justification of the complaint is checked, the correct item will be delivered to your address.

Claims for damage during transport

It is very important that you immediately report any damage during transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

If you notice such damage, do not sign for the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.

Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods

If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the account is not correct, please call us by phone, or send an e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone) to our e-mail address and describe the problem you have, no later than 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment. According to the situation, we will take the necessary steps. In the shortest possible time, we will respond to the reported complaint by electronic means (e-mail) by confirming the receipt of the complaint, i.e. communicating the number under which your complaint was filed in the record of received complaints and we will inform you about the further action. The deadline for responding to a complaint is 8 days, and for resolving a complaint is 15 days from the moment it is reported.

Payment by cards

You can pay for your order using the highlighted payment cards on the Cart page, if this payment method is offered. The card must be approved by the issuing bank for online (Internet) payment.

When ordering online, by selecting the appropriate payment method, you will be redirected to the bank's page, which is protected and safe for this type of payment. Your payment card information is never available to our system.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, so the complete payment process is performed on the pages of the processor itself, i.e. the bank.

Payment card information is not available to our system.

* Data entry and verification are exclusively performed between the card user and the bank, and the Internet merchant has no insight into the data being exchanged.

Payment is not possible in foreign currency, but only in RSD currency. Payment is possible with payment cards of domestic and foreign banks.

A customer using the online card payment service through our online store must meet the following conditions:

Delivery of goods is possible only on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, at the address specified in the order.

Only the owner of the payment card can make the payment.

Note: We are not responsible if your country performs customs clearance during the delivery of the goods. In that case, all possible additional costs are borne by the customer. Please inquire about these conditions with the competent institutions in your country.

VAT included in the price and there are no hidden costs.

Delivery

The product is delivered by the Bex courier service

Depending on the available quantity of a certain item and the possibility of its procurement, and in accordance with our business policy, the expected delivery time of products from our offer is 72 hours (up to 3 working days), which you will be informed about later.

Refund

Contact us by calling our phone number or send us an email with your account/shipping number, your JMBG (optional), the dinar current account number and the name of the bank where you have the specified account.

When you provide the necessary data, documentation will be created that will be forwarded to you with the refund procedure to the email address you left when creating the order.

Refunds are made exclusively in the above-mentioned manner, by payment to a dinar current account, and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.

In the case of returning goods, or refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, our online store is obliged to make the refund exclusively via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro or DINA payment methods. This means that at the request of the seller, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.

You cannot send the ordered item to the addresses listed on the shipping invoice without prior contact and agreement with the operators of the online store, which is listed above.

Any such package will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
